Working traffic lights override priority road signs (including STOP signs). If the traffic light is green, you proceed without stopping for the STOP sign.

Check whether the question asks for blood concentration (0.50 g/l standard, 0.20 g/l new drivers) or expired air breathalyzer (0.25 mg/l standard, 0.10 mg/l new drivers).
-
Trap 4: stopping and parking distances (5m, 12m, 20m)
5m from pedestrian crossings and intersections, 12m from bus stops, 20m from traffic lights/signs and railway crossings, 3m from fire hydrants.
